JP Packaging LLC has launched an eco-friendly sachet film option for liquid cosmetics and personal care formulations such as hair care and skin care products, as well as nutritional products.
 
The dual-layer film’s outer layer is comprised of a high-performance 90% post-consumer PET, while the inner layer is 35% bio-based polyethylene (PE). In total, the sachet film is 15% post-consumer recycled material and 12% bio-based material by weight.

This film has oxygen and moisture barrier properties, heat seal strength, and supports high-end graphic printing. Also, this film offers a smooth, white printing surface without dark spots or textural inconsistencies, ensuring text and graphics are printed with crisp precision.
