Clarins acquired 115 hectares of land in France to follow the brand’s “from farm to skin” philosophy. By 2030, Clarins aims to produce and process one-third of the plants needed for the brand’s formulas on the newly acquired land. 
 
The first cultivation of 50 tree and plant species is planned for the fall of 2024 with the harvest to take place in 2025/2026. Clarins plans to harvest almonds, lavender, lemon thyme, apricot, quince, blueberries, nopal, and prickly pears.

This coincides with the brand’s commitment to focusing on responsible beauty since 1954. The group aims to enhance the traceability of its raw materials with the effectiveness and quality of its formulas.
