Armani’s new men’s fragrance Acqua di Giò Elixir bottle was designed by Bormioli Luigi and is inspired by an obsidian stone.

The brand wished for a powerful, sophisticated bottle evoking the pinnacle of depth.

Bormioli Luigi created a sober silhouette with a square base with a slightly rounded form.

To create the shape, Bormioli had to find the exact dosage of material to create the perfect balance and geometry between the thickness of the base and the light weight of the rest of the bottle.

The silver logo stands out against the black bottle. The intense black shade was achieved using the Inside internal lacquer, Bormioli’s signature decoration technique.

The choice of the Inside technique and the black shade were conditional on a multitude of compatibility tests between the lacquer and the juice, which is highly concentrated.

The screen-printed décor in black and silver reflects the light.

This fragrance itself was created by Alberto Morillas and is the most concentrated in the collection, intended to embody the modern man and extreme sophistication.
