Coty Appoints Björn Strumann EVP for Europe

Coty has promoted Björn Strumann to Executive Vice President for Europe. 

Strumann previously served as Coty’s Managing Director DACH, leading various European Business Units including E-Commerce, Distributor Markets, and the DACH region. His work delivered strong commercial results while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Strumann has 20 years of international leadership experience across both consumer and luxury sectors. He has demonstrated exceptional expertise in global market strategies, consumer insights, and omnichannel development. 

With Strumann’s leadership, Coty hopes to unlock its full potential in the European market. 

Before joining Coty, Strumann served at P&G in increasing leadership roles.
