Lancôme Appoints New Global Brand President

Vania Lacascade succeeds Françoise Lehmann as she steps down this summer after 12 years at the brand.

L’Oréal Groupe has L’Oréal Groupe has appointed Vania Lacascade (above, on right) the new Global Brand President of the Lancôme brand. The longstanding leader, Françoise Lehmann (above, on left), will step down this summer. 

Lacascade is currently the Group Innovation Director at L’Oréal Research & Innovation. 

Lehmann served as Lancôme’s Global Brand President for 12 years and was at L’Oréal Groupe for 37 years. 

Lehmann held multiple roles in different divisions, including Global Brand President Kérastase and Marketing Director for L’Oréal Paris Hair Colour and Maybelline.

Previously Global Brand President of French brand Vichy, Lacascade has also held a variety of roles at L’Oréal. Lacascade led international global skin care marketing for Lancôme and was Deputy General Manager for The Body Shop International.
