P&G Plans to Cut 15% of Office Jobs

According to reports, cuts will occur over the next two years and will improve workflow.

Procter & Gamble announced plans to cut up to 7,000 office jobs over the next two years. 

These cuts aim to improve productivity and the workflow for smaller teams. 

According to a company report, the plans will be implemented over the next two fiscal years to arrange the delivery of innovation and operational efforts. 

The P&G report commented, 

“As we do this, our top priority remains delivering balanced growth and value creation to delight consumers, customers, employees, society, and shareowners alike.”

Locations of the cuts were not disclosed.
