Queer-Led Skincare Brand Grimoire Debuts with Sustainable Products

Formulated in partnership with Capsum, Grimoire debuts four clinically tested, inclusive skincare products.

Grimoire, a new queer-led skincare brand, launched, offering clinically proven, “after-fun” skincare. 

Products made to restore and revive skin from the realities of modern life. Each formula combines clean, high-potency encapsulated ingredients to deliver transformative results.

Vincent Branchesi and Karim Fadel founded the brand and have worked with Capsum, a pioneering French skincare lab.

Co-founder Vincent Branchesi, said,

“We created products that were accessible and could keep up with our lives without compromising on efficacy, values, or the joy that comes with your skincare ritual. Too much of the skincare market still ignores the way people actually live and who they are.”

Capsum is known for its work with the world’s most prestigious brands like Chanel and Elizabeth Arden. 

For the first time, cutting-edge innovation like Microfluidic Technology, an advanced encapsulation technology, is accessible to a wide audience. 

The breakthrough technology suspends high-performance actives in precision-engineered oil-based capsules. Upon application, the capsules burst, protecting their potency until the moment of use and delivering more effective results.

Grimoire prioritizes sustainable innovation from farm to face. 

All formulas are made with a proprietary blend of Micro Supergreens, broccoli, and sunflower seed extracts.

Grimoire is Leaping Bunny cruelty-free. Also all products have been tested on over one hundred skin tones, textures, and genders to ensure universal performance.

Debut Products

Vanity Monday is an everyday serum with Wild Indigo Extract, Sea Buckthorn, and Lemon Myrtle to brighten and smooth skin.

Beach Guise, a soothing serum with Gotu Kola, Bisabolol, and Beta-Glucan to reduce redness and irritation.

Nightmare Away is a rich night cream with Lavender Extract, Shea Butter, and Helianthus Annuus to restore skin overnight.

Eye Roll is an eye serum with acetyl hexapeptide-1 (a retinol alternative), caffeine, and tamarind seed gum to smooth and firm the under-eye area.

Brand Events

Grimoire will host pop-up events throughout the summer.

This includes monthly activations in Central Park’s Sheep Meadow and a seasonal residency at Provincetown’s historic Gifford House. 

Additionally, the brand is the exclusive skincare partner for New York Men’s Day at New York Fashion Week and the exclusive skincare sponsor of Aspen Gay Ski Week.
