Glossier CEO, Kyle Leahy, will step down from her position by the end of 2025 after three years with the company.

Leahy was appointed in 2022, following the founder, Emily Weiss. As CEO, Leahy oversaw the brand’s expansion into Sephora, the opening of new standalone retail stores, and launches at global retailers.

Leahy also oversaw the growth of the brand’s fragrance franchise.

Before her position as CEO, Leahy served as Glossier’s first chief commercial officer.

She will keep her spot on the Board through 2026, until Glossier can find a successor. During this transition, Weiss will continue to serve as executive chairwoman and not step in as CEO.
