Sonsie, the mindful beauty brand led by Pamela Anderson, appointed Kailey Bradt as Chief Executive Officer.

Bradt has worked closely with the brand since late 2023. At 32, Bradt represents a new kind of beauty leader: purpose-driven, product-obsessed, and committed to performance, sustainability, and authenticity.

Bradt commented,

Under Bradt’s leadership, Sonsie will expand its product pipeline, scale operations, and grow a mission-driven New York-based team focused on redefining today’s skincare brand. 

Her appointment marks a pivotal shift for the brand—from startup to a category-defining company at the forefront of clean innovation.

As a chemical engineer and former founder, Bradt has advised numerous beauty businesses on sustainable innovation, product development, supply chain, and fundraising. That experience uniquely positions her to lead Sonsie into its next chapter—her first front-facing role since building her own brand.

Bradt’s first major launch as CEO arrives next month and signals a bold step forward for Sonsie. Developed with proven ingredients and innovative materials, the release introduces a completely new approach to sustainable skincare.
