ICONS Beauty Group Announces New Leadership Appointments

Scott Lingren was named Chief Executive Officer and Sue Nichols was appointed Vice Chair.

ICONS Beauty Group (ICONS), a global leader in beauty and personal care manufacturing, announces key leadership changes to support the company’s next phase of growth and innovation.

Scott Lingren has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ICONS Beauty Group succeeding Sue Nichols, the company’s founder, who is stepping up into the role of Vice Chair of ICONS Beauty Group Board of Directors.

Kyle Shaw, Chair of ICONS Beauty Group, said, 

“Scott brings wide manufacturing knowledge, proven managerial expertise, and a deep understanding of international markets to lead ICONS in today’s beauty and personal care products industry. Scott’s leadership will drive ICONS’ manufacturing expertise in USA and Australia together with our long-time relationships sourcing across Asia, to continue delivering innovative, high-quality, and cost-competitive products and solutions to our clients.”

With over 25 years’ senior executive experience across the USA, Asia, and Europe, Lingren brings expertise in manufacturing, operations, and global business leadership. 

As CEO, he will lead the ICONS’ portfolio companies, driving continued growth and reinforcing the group’s commitment to quality, service, and sustainability. 

Lingren will be based in Charlotte, North Carolina, home to ICONS Beauty Group’s portfolio company, ICONS America LLC headquarters and manufacturing facility.

As Vice Chair, Sue Nichols will continue to play an active strategic role within the organization and will work closely with Scott.
