Salon hair care brand Verb is parterning with Listrak, a marketing solution for online retailers. The AI-powered marketing platform drives e-commerce growth by integrating data into the shopping experience.
Listrak’s technology includes its proprietary industry data and trends. The marketing platform creates personalized consumer experiences across email, SMS, and web.
“Having a true collaborative partner will allow us to dive deeper into customer relationship management, personalization and retention,” says Nicole Johnson, Digital Marketing Director at Verb.
Jamie Elden, CRO at Listrak, discusses the new partnership, saying, “We are excited to partner with the Verb team to continue driving growth across all aspects of their marketing through elevated personalized experiences that support engagement and create loyalty.”
The fact that Verb is partnering with Listrak will no doubt drive sales—and Listrak is already reporting growth. Verb e-commerce team notes a 300% year-over-year lift in automations and 30% lift in SMS conversions.
Verb’s team will work closely with Listrak’s beauty industry experts to execute upcoming beauty marketing campaigns. The brand will use Listrak’s tools to power hyper-personalized experiences across Verb’s web experiences.
Verb’s e-commerce momentum includes several recent successful campaigns. “Ghost month,” in October, promoted Verb’s Ghost collection of lightweight hair care products through an interactive online experience. Next, a series of online campaigns will target Black Friday beauty shoppers.
