ProSys Fill announces it will highlight the RT60 Tube Filling and Sealing System at Cosmoprof North America, to be held January 27th – 29th, 2026, in Miami, FL.

The supplier will showcase the RT60 in action, capable of filling up to 70 tubes per minute. Also on display will be the LB30 Lip Balm Filler and the HL-60, manufactured by ProSys’ exclusive partner, Pendergraph Machines.

The RT60 is a compact eight-station dial that fills a variety of tube sizes and styles. Both plastic and metal tubes can be filled using this system. Featuring flexibility, reliability, and accuracy, the system is ideal for the cosmetics industry. 

The RT60 features fully automatic tube filling and closing, which reduces labor requirements. The system is available in plastic/laminate, metal, or combo models; the combo model saves time by filling both plastic and metal containers with a few simple station changes.

LB30 is a semi-automatic hot melt filling line that fills, cools, and caps lip balm sticks at a machine cycle rate of up to 30 per minute. It features a manual loading station with an angled guide that allows for easy loading. A quick-change puck mounting system enables toolless changeovers among different sizes.

The LB30 offers puck tooling that fits most lip balm brand .15-ounce 500 style tubes, including those used by Inpres, Federal, CCP, and Sapona. 

An on-board cap sortation station features a gravity cap track to present caps for the auto capping station, and the positive cap sap station ensures caps are pressed on completely.

The HL-60 brings together precision, flexibility, and efficiency in a compact machine, reducing floor space while automating key processes such as feeding, labeling, and counting.
