ProSys Fill, LLC highlights the LB30 Lip Balm Filler, a semi-automatic hot melt filling line designed to fill, cool, and cap lip balm sticks at machine cycle rates up to 30 parts per minute. 

Manufactured by Pendergraph Machines, the LB30 is engineered for brands, contract manufacturers, and co-packers who need consistent product quality and flexible, small-footprint automation for growing lip care production lines. 

The LB30 Lip Balm Filler features a manual loading station with an angled guide that allows operators to load sticks quickly and ergonomically into pucks. 

A quick-change puck mounting system enables toolless changeovers among different stick sizes, making it easier to support multiple SKUs on the same line. The LB30 offers puck tooling compatible with most lip balm brand .15-ounce 500 style sticks, including those used by Inpres, Federal, CCP, and Sapona, helping manufacturers integrate the system into existing packaging portfolios without custom container changes.

To help ensure accurate, mess-free filling, the LB30 incorporates an automatic filling station with a laser sensing trigger and a “No stick-no fill” feature that prevents accidental spills when a stick is missing or out of position.

On the discharge side, the LB30 uses an on-board cap sortation system with a gravity cap track that presents caps to the auto capping station for reliable placement. 

A positive cap snap station ensures caps are pressed on completely, supporting proper sealing and helping protect finished product integrity throughout distribution.
