L’Oréal Names Nora Wolfe Senior VP & Head of Media in the U.S.

Wolfe joins with over 18 years of media leadership experience and deep expertise in consumer-packaged goods.

L’Oréal has appointed Nora Wolfe as Senior Vice President and U.S. Head of Media. In this role, Nora will report to the Chief Digital & Marketing Officer for the United States, Han Wen.

Wolfe joins the L’Oréal Groupe with over 18 years of media leadership experience, with deep expertise in consumer-packaged goods. 

She most recently served as the Chief Investment Officer of Beauty Co-Lab, L’Oréal’s bespoke media team within Omnicom, where she has developed a strong understanding of the L’Oréal ecosystem.

Before working at L’Oréal’s Beauty Co-Lab unit within Omnicom, Wolfe led Integrated Investment for Johnson & Johnson and Kenvue at IPG. There, she pioneered innovative media strategies, including first-to-market video initiatives and the development of a bespoke inventory optimization framework that has become the model within the agency.
