Ulta Names Kristin Wolf Chief Strategy & Growth Officer

In this new role, Wolf is responsible for Ulta Beauty’s corporate strategy and corporate development efforts

Kristin Wolf was named Chief Strategy & Growth Officer in March 2026, after serving as the senior vice president of Enterprise Strategy and New Growth since January 2025. 

In this new role, Wolf is responsible for Ulta’s corporate strategy and corporate development efforts. Wolf is also responsible for building businesses in new growth segments, including international expansion, and for the company’s enterprise AI strategy.

Wolf has over two decades of experience in the consumer and retail industries. Since joining Ulta Beauty in 2019, Wolf has held several leadership positions with responsibility for strategy, transformation, and innovation. 

Ulta Beauty CEO Kecia Steelman said,

She has been instrumental in establishing our Ulta Beauty Unleashed strategy and spearheading new growth initiatives, including the launch of our wellness category and international expansion efforts. As we look to the future, we are confident that Kristin’s strategic leadership will be integral to unleashing even more possibilities and achieving our vision of being the most loved beauty destination.”

Before joining Ulta Beauty, she held strategic and operational leadership roles at Tyson Foods and Kraft Foods and served as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. 

Wolf currently serves as Vice Chair of the Lynn Sage Breast Cancer Foundation and serves on the Executive Board of Chicago Scholars.
