Sun Bum Debuts ‘Smells Like Summer’ Campaign

Sun Bum is kicking off its second nationwide tour this May with the launch of its Smells Like Summer campaign. 

Centered on the power of scent to evoke memories, the campaign invites fans to relive and create summer moments while staying protected with Sun Bum’s iconic Original Sunscreen fragrance.

Smells Like Summer celebrates how fragrance sparks shared, feel-good moments, connecting people across experiences. Fans are encouraged to share what “smells like summer” means to them.

Nine interactive stops from California to Florida include block parties, wellness events, beach days, and competitions, to let fans engage directly with the brand and create lasting memories.

Each tour stop brings a one-of-a-kind Sun Bum experience designed to capture the carefree spirit of summer. 

Throughout the tour, Sun Bum reinforces the importance of SPF protection by making its product easily accessible for fans to try, share, and take with them wherever their summer plans lead.

  • Encinitas, CA (5/2) – Tour Kickoff Party
  • Venice, CA (5/9) – Mother’s Day Wellness & Flowers
  • Salt Lake City, UT (5/15–5/17) – Kilby Block Party
  • Minneapolis, MN (5/20) – Minnesota Twins Tailgate
  • Wildwood, NJ (5/23) – Banana Eating World Championship
  • Virginia Beach, VA (5/29–5/31) – Jackalope Festival
