Albéa to Acquire Amfora Packaging

This will strengthen Albéa’s presence in Latin America.

Albéa Group has agreed to acquire Amfora Packaging, an innovative packaging company headquartered in Bogota, Colombia, with operations in Colombia and Peru. This acquisition will allow the Group to expand its presence in Latin America.

Amfora Packaging will bring its expertise in the design, development, and production of plastic packaging to Albéa, serving industries such as fragrance, cosmetics, personal care, and pharma. 

Through combined expertise, Albéa Group plans to expand its offerings in color cosmetics, skincare, personal care, and fragrance.

Francois Tassart, CEO, Albéa Group, said,

Founded by ACON in 2015, Amfora Packaging combined two family-owned businesses: Intecplast in Bogotá and Pieriplast in Lima.
