The word is out: Arcade Beauty, long recognized as an innovator in media-based fragrance sampling, has transformed into a comprehensive fragrance blending and filling partner for brands of every size. Over the past decade – and especially since acquiring its Dayton, NJ facility in 2017, the company has expanded far beyond its ScentStrip® and vials, rapidly growing its retail filling capabilities and full-service production offering.

What began as a specialized solution for scent delivery in magazines, direct mail, and digital media has evolved into a state-of-the-art operation. Arcade Beauty is capable of handling both small- and large-batch fragrance blending, along with high-volume filling for formats ranging from 0.5ml sample vials to 100ml (and larger) retail bottles and discovery kits.

Key Capabilities

  • Precision blending and maceration for small and large batches up to 1,000 gallons
  • Semi-automated filling lines for VOCs, spray pens, rollerballs, and full-size eau de parfum, eau de toilette, body mists, home fragrance, and ancillary products
  • In-house compatibility testing and regulatory compliance
  • Flexible MOQs to support both indie brands and global conglomerates
  • Sustainable packaging options and refillable formats

“This isn’t just adding equipment—it’s the natural evolution of who we’ve always been,” said Carl Allain, CEO. “For years we’ve helped the world’s biggest brands make fragrance discoverable through sampling. Now we’re empowering them—and the next generation of fragrance brands—to bring new scents to market faster, more creatively, and more sustainably than ever before.”

Arcade Beauty now partners with brands including Glossier, Guess, Banana Republic, Tom Ford, and Mind Games. The supplier fully supports brand partners, from promotional sampling through full retail production.

The company also leveraged its formulation expertise to co-develop a perfume oil with Nest New York. Arcade produced Nest’s 1.5ml vials, a five-piece 3ml rollerball discovery set, a travel rollerball, a 30ml perfume oil, and more.

Discovery sets—particularly for brands like Glossier—continue to show rapid growth as consumer trial formats evolve.

New Jersey Facility

Arcade Beauty’s Dayton, NJ site delivers an end-to-end suite of fragrance services, including formulating, blending, filling, assembling, cartoning, high-speed cello-wrapping, and more. Projects range from decorating and filling tubular glass vials to producing full-size 50- 100ml+ retail bottles.

To further streamline production and shorten lead times, Arcade also owns its own tubular glass plant—providing brands with a fully localized, vertically integrated solution for tubular glass vials from 0.7- 19ml, including in-house vial printing.

Blending Capabilities

Arcade’s blending suite offers large and small-batch blending of alcohol-fragranced solutions. Services include compounding expertise, standard blending and maceration tanks, automated blending, small-batch capacity for niche and indie fragrances, capabilities to macerate solutions for up to 7-14 days, and state-of-the-art chilling and filtration.

Multiple Plants Ease Supply Chain

Arcade Beauty has strengthened its global footprint to better support brands and reinforce supply-chain resilience. The acquisition of the Ploërmel factory in France, acquired in 2024, adds a key regional hub for EMEA, complementing its U.S. fragrance operations. Together, these sites provide flexible, multi-regional manufacturing that shortens lead times and improves supply-chain efficiency for global partners.
