Berlin Packaging has acquired Jansy—and it’s the supplier’s third expansion in North America this year. 

The supplier is focusing on providing beauty brands with full-service packaging solutions by adding turnkey packaging supplier Jansy to its portfolio.

This is the third acquisition Berlin has completed in North America in 2022, and the sixth globally. Berlin acquired Premi, based in Italy, in January.

All employees and locations for the Jansy acquisition will be retained.
