Charlotte Tilbury released the Collection of Emotions fragrance line that is backed by neuroscience to prompt emotional responses. International Flavors and Fragrance Foundation (IFF) worked with the brand and neuroscience experts to develop the scents.
 
The Collection includes six scents each in its own bold colored bottle. Charlotte Tilbury worked with color theorists to match the color of the bottle to the emotion the fragrance is channeling. 
 
The bottles are inspired by 18th-century alchemy bottles, and each bottle is etched with a symbol relating to the emotional response to the scent and topped with a pointed crystal-like cap that is meant to be a nod to the Egyptian Pyramids, according to Tilbury.  

The Collection

Love Frequency: a floral woody scent to boost the feelings of love which comes in a pink bottle. This perfume includes rose, pink pepper, patchouli, musk and woody notes.  
 
More Sex: a musk and leather scent that 84% of testers say enhances the feelings of seduction. This scent blends black pepper oil juniper berry oil, velvety musk, ambroxan, aldron, accord and sandalwood and comes in a deep red bottle.
 
Joyphoria: a warm floral perfume that evokes the feeling of summer, sunshine and happiness all in a golden bottle. This perfume includes neroli oil, ylang ylang, coconut, water accord, jasmine sambac, vanilla, petitgrain oil, tuberose absolute and velvety musk. 
 
Magic Energy: a woody citrus scent that 98% of testers felt enhanced feelings of energy and comes in a forest green bottle. This fragrance is meant to connect with the four elements of nature and act as an energizing scent. Fragrance notes include bergamot, palo santo, frankincense, cypress and seaweed extract. 
 
Calm Bliss: an aquatic floral perfume that 92% of testers felt enhanced feelings of serenity. This scent includes neroli oil, natural lavandin, watery accord and white musk and comes in a bold blue bottle.
 
Cosmic Power: a spicy amber perfume that is designed to enhance the feelings of empowerment. Fragrance notes include black pepper oil, cinnamon bark oil, elemi oil, rose, amber, vanilla bean and frankincense accord packed in a deep purple bottle. 
 
These fragrances will be released on April 30 on special order through the Charlotte Tilbury App and will be available worldwide online on May 2.
