The winners of the Cosmoprof & Cosmopack Awards 2025 were announced at Cosmoprof Bologna. 
 
Organized in collaboration with BeautyStreams, the awards celebrate global innovations at Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna, and anticipate the most impactful upcoming market trends.
 
The competition names winners in numerous categories, including products, formulations, packaging, design, technology, materials, ingredients, and sustainability in the cosmetics industry.

All of the nominees are evaluated by a jury in conjunction with BeautyStreams’ experts committee to chose the finalists and winners. This year, over 800 products were submitted and divided into 17 categories.

The finalists are showcased on the show floor, and receive a digital seal as recognition.

The Packaging Design Winner Celebrates ‘Beauty Tech’

One highlight of the awards is the winner in the Packaging Design & Materials category. This year, FR & Partners is the winner—for its COMPlux, a high-tech powder compact equipped with self-sanitizing technology, powered by short-wave ultra-violet light (UVC) to sanitze the sponge inside the compact. 

The technology eliminates bacteria from the sponge, which is kept separate in its own “sanitization chamber.” When the compact is opened, the UVC exposure automatically shuts off.

The make-up pan is refillable, and the compact is made with recyclable materials. Between use, the user can charge the compact using a USB cable.
