Christian Dior Couture Americas has appointed Charlotte Holman Ros as its new president in the Americas, effective February 1.

She transitions from her current role as president of Parfums Christian Dior for North America.

Holman Ros succeeds Alexandra Winokur. Winokur is to leave her position on January 31 after a one-month transition period with Holman Ros.

Holman Ros has served in her current role since 2020. Before Dior, she served as a strategic consultant at Monitor Deloitte and later held senior management roles at brands including Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, Estée Lauder Companies, and Burberry.

Holman Ros will report to Alessandro Valenti, who on January 12 becomes deputy managing director in charge of commercial activities at Christian Dior Couture, moving over from Givenchy, where he has been CEO since July 2024.
