Eos Products, the Gen Z beauty and personal care brand, appointed Soyoung Kang as President. This is a newly created role that reflects the company’s ambitious growth trajectory and category leadership.

The appointment comes as Eos continues to deliver unprecedented performance.

The brand’s momentum has been fueled by a combination of breakthrough innovation, disruptive marketing campaigns, and consumer-first strategies that resonate deeply with Gen Z and Millennial audiences.

Jonathan Teller, Founder & CEO of Eos Products, commented,

“Soyoung has been instrumental in shaping Eos into the cultural powerhouse and commercial success it is today. She spearheaded our expansion into the body care category, now the core of our business. Her strategic vision, disruptive creativity, and commercial acumen make her the ideal leader for our next phase of growth.”

Since joining Eos in 2018 as Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer, Kang has been a driving force behind Eos’ transformation into one of the fastest-growing mass body care brands in the U.S.

In her new position, she will continue to oversee marketing, innovation, and ecommerce, while also assuming expanded responsibility for the company’s commercial strategy, business performance, and P&L growth and profitability.

Before joining Eos, Kang held senior leadership roles at Bath & Body Works, Victoria’s Secret, and The Boston Consulting Group.
