Estee Lauder Alum Joins Revlon to Lead Elizabeth Arden

Amber Garrison will drive strategic growth as the leader of the Elizabeth Arden brand and global Fragrance category.

As Elizabeth Arden marks its 115th anniversary, Revlon appointed Amber Garrison as the new leader of the Elizabeth Arden brand and global Fragrance category. 

She joins at a pivotal moment, bringing unmatched energy, vision, and expertise to a brand that has defined beauty innovation for over a century.

Michelle Peluso, Chief Executive Officer of Revlon, commented,

Garrison brings over two decades of experience to Revlon, including 12 years in beauty and seven with leading global brands. She also has deep expertise in skincare, fragrance, brand transformation, global strategy, and consumer engagement. 

Her background also spans operational leadership, omni-channel execution, and success across both prestige and digital channels.

Garrison most recently served as Global Brand President of Origins, part of The Estée Lauder Companies, where she led breakthrough innovation and digital acceleration. 

Garrison said,

“I’m honored to lead Elizabeth Arden’s next chapter, building on its rich legacy with bold storytelling, breakthrough product innovation, and a relentless focus on consumers. In Fragrance, Revlon’s portfolio continues to generate momentum that we’ll accelerate by creating unforgettable scent experiences that resonate across generations. I can’t wait to join the team and shape the future together.”

This announcement coincides with global celebrations of Elizabeth Arden’s founding in 1910, including a new brand spokesperson launch in China, a consumer event in New York City and more, spotlighting the brand’s digital-first transformation and innovation strategy.

Garrison will be based in New York and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams around the world to drive innovation, accelerate growth, and deepen brand love.
