Every Man Jack launched new, sustainable packaging in time for Earth Month.

In celebration of Earth Month, the brand’s new packaging is set to reduce a whole whale’s worth of plastic every year (55 tons annually).

The new design ensures that the deodorant packaging is made from 100% polypropylene mono-material, making it fully recyclable and reducing contamination in recycling streams.

The updated packaging is also made with 50% post-consumer recycled resin, contributing to the saving of up to 500,000 pounds of virgin plastic each year.

CEO Gerry Chesser, said,

“At Every Man Jack, we don’t just talk about sustainability—we live and breathe it in every aspect of our business. The outdoors is our inspiration, our source of strength, and our responsibility. This Earth Month, we’re inviting people to take time for themselves outside, while also thinking about the choices they make with products and how it impacts the world around them. We’re committed to making positive impacts on both the planet and the lives of those who enjoy it.”

Every Man Jack is also launching its 2024 Impact Report and Personal Time Outside (PTO) campaign to encourage everyone to use their PTO by stepping outside and celebrating nature.

The campaign, kicking off on Earth Day and running through the end of June, will feature several exciting initiatives, including:

  • Consumer Hashtag Sweepstakes inviting consumers to share their #PTOwithEMJ experiences on social media for the chance to win the ultimate summer trip to Jackson Hole, WY.
  • Creator “Tourism” Campaign enlisting ambassadors across the country to film nature explorations to inspire followers to get outside and share their experiences using #PTOwithEMJ.
  • Giving Back to Places that Inspire by partnering with an expanded group of environmental organizations to protect the places its audience loves, including the Surfrider Foundation, Tree Canada, The National Forest Foundation, and One Tam.

This packaging refresh is part of the brand’s broader commitment to environmental sustainability and aligns with Every Man Jack’s commitment to achieve 50% post-consumer recycled plastic across the entire portfolio by weight in 2025, which has now been achieved with this latest innovation.

Every Man Jack’s 2024 Impact Report shared how the brand reformulated 125 products to meet new clean ingredient standards. Also, its FSC-certified paper doubled from 25% to 50%. By the end of 2025, 100% of paper packaging will be FSC-certified, supporting responsibly managed forests and sustainable sourcing.
