Fiabila marks a breakthrough in nail science, with SPF50+ Nude Veil, a new sun protection for nails in a color polish.

This new shade extends the innovation initiated by SPF50+ Base+Top, the first hybrid SPF50+ nail care formula launched in Spring 2025.

This pioneering formula is enriched with UV filters and marine antioxidants, introducing the first UVA/UVB protection specifically designed to prevent the physical and chemical degradation of keratin.

SPF50+ Nude Veil is a tinted, high-protection SPF50+ nail care veil that combines UVA/UVB Nail Guard Tech (2%), a marine antioxidant extract, and Fiabila’s Kera-Shield complex.

Its universal nude texture acts as a lightweight film-forming barrier, helping preserve the integrity of the nail matrix, limit keratin photoaging, and naturally enhance the nail surface.

An in vitro efficacy study was conducted by an independent laboratory (ref. KM00181, 2025).

It evaluated the capacity of UVA/UVB Nail Guard Tech to protect nail keratin exposed to simulated solar irradiation equivalent to six days of sun exposure in Europe.

Results showed an 83% reduction in oxidative keratin damage, 68% preservation of structural integrity, and 75% maintenance of total keratin content compared with untreated nails exposed to UV.

Microscopic observations confirmed visibly fewer oxidized proteins, a more homogeneous structure, and better keratin cohesion after exposure.

These findings demonstrate the protective potential of SPF50+ Nude Veil in preventing nail photoaging.
