Function of Beauty Names Monica Belsito CEO

With over 10 years of experience, Belsito will boost the company’s sales, marketing, and innovation capabilities.

Function of Beauty, the leading developer of customizable personal care products, has appointed Monica Belsito as Chief Executive Officer. Belsito will expand the company’s existing sales, marketing, and innovation capabilities. 

Function of Beauty CFO & COO Rob Hawk, said, 

“Function of Beauty continues to expand and strengthen retail partnerships in some of the world’s largest retailers. In partnership with Monica, we are excited to continue to demonstrate to our customers and consumers the benefits of custom made personal care formulas versus traditional incumbent offerings. I look forward to working with Monica and the rest of the leadership team as we embark on the next wave of growth.”

She has over 10 years of leadership in building global brands by driving growth across both retail and DTC channels.

Most recently, Belsito held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Sabra Dipping Company, where she led transformative marketing and growth strategies to accelerate retail sales, culminating in Pepsi’s acquisition of Sabra in late 2024. 

Before Sabra, Belsito spent over six years as the founding Chief Marketing Officer of Lola, expanding the platform from its DTC roots into a scaled, market-leading omnichannel brand in the feminine care category.
