GPI Beauty Appoints Katie Reed as VP of Sales

Previously serving at FusionPKG, Reed joins GPI to strengthen client partnerships and accelerate market share growth.

GPI Beauty, a global leader in innovative packaging solutions and turnkey formulations for the beauty and personal care industry, has appointed Katie Reed as Vice President of Sales.

Reed brings over 18 years of packaging experience in sales leadership, business development, and global packaging development and innovation. She has a proven record of driving growth for some of the beauty industry’s most recognized brands and suppliers.

In her new role, Reed will lead GPI Beauty’s sales strategy, strengthen client partnerships, and accelerate market share growth. She will also help advance the company’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence.

Most recently, Reed served as Executive Vice President of New Business Development at twelveNYC, where she expanded the company’s global client base and forged high-value partnerships. 

She previously held a key sales role at FusionPKG, delivering award-winning packaging solutions to leading beauty brands.

Her career also includes brand packaging positions at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, L’Oréal, and Estée Lauder Companies, where she managed global package development and innovation projects from concept through launch.
