Kering Beauté Appoints Nathalie Berger-Duquene CEO of Creed

Berger-Duquene has over 25 years of experience having served at LVMH, L’Oreal, and Estee Lauder Companies.

Kering Beauté has named Nathalie Berger-Duquene the new CEO of Creed, effective May 6, 2025.

Berger-Duquene will report to Raffaella Cornaggia, CEO of Kering Beauté, and become a member of the company’s Executive Committee based in London.

As the new CEO of Creed, Berger-Duquene will be responsible for the brand’s development and growth. 

Berger-Duquene has over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry and fragrance building. She began her career at LVHM overseeing Guerlain. 

She then joined L’Oreal holding several positions for Lancome including International Brand Marketing and Market General Management.

Berger-Duquene later served at Estee Lauder Companies as General Manager EMEA for luxury brands Tom Ford Beauty and Kilian Paris. She was then promoted to Global Marketing, Online, and Communications Senior VP for Tom Ford Beauty. 

Most recently, Berger-Duquene served as the Global General Brand Manager and led the development of Balmian Beauty.
