La Roche-Posay has become the Official Skincare Sponsor of the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge program.

La Roche-Posay will extend its support to all 31 Hope Lodge locations across the United States, which offer cancer patients and caregivers a free place to stay while undergoing treatment away from home.

This national-level sponsorship marks a deepened commitment to supporting people with cancer and their caregivers, expanding upon years of oncology-focused initiatives across the brand.

Through this collaboration, La Roche-Posay will fund over 5,000 nights of free lodging in 2025.

Tamara Fernandez, vice president, Hope Lodge for the American Cancer Society, said,

“The American Cancer Society is committed to removing the emotional, physical, and financial burdens that many people with cancer must face when they travel away from home for treatment. Thanks to the generosity of LaRoche-Posay, Hope Lodge guests can focus on what’s important – getting well and feeling stronger during and after treatment.”

This initiative is a continuation of La Roche-Posay’s longstanding global oncology mission, including its Thermal Dermatology Center in France. The facility holds over 7,500 patients per year — nearly half of whom are cancer survivors — who receive supportive skin therapy during or after treatment.

Rachelle Mladjenovic, GM, La Roche-Posay, USA, commented,

“Recognizing that skincare guidance is often overlooked during this challenging time, we aim to collaborate with the American Cancer Society and individual Hope Lodge communities to provide resources and solutions that address the skin-related side effects of cancer treatment, ultimately improving the quality of life for patients and their families throughout their cancer journey.”

In addition, guests staying at Hope Lodge communities will receive curated skincare kits from La Roche-Posay, featuring products clinically tested for safety during cancer treatments that can help manage some treatment-related skin side effects.
