Laura Geller Beauty, a brand known for its makeup for mature skin, launched its Spackle Skin Perfecting Primer Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 30.

This is a two-in-one makeup primer with sunscreen that includes Broad Spectrum sun protection against UVA and UVB rays. It is also the newest addition to the brand’s Spackle Primer franchise.

Founder and veteran makeup artist Laura Geller, said,

“I kept hearing from customers that they didn’t know how to work SPF into their routines, so we created a one-step solution that smooths skin, extends makeup wear, and helps defend against sun damage and skin cancer—all in one easy step.”

To celebrate the launch, the brand has teamed up with longtime brand ambassador Fran Drescher.

As the founder of the healthcare movement, Cancer Schmancer, Drescher, is passionate about cancer prevention, including wearing SPF daily.

Drescher stars in a new campaign, which goes live today across brand platforms to highlight the launch, personifying the SPF Primer along with the other seven varieties in the Spackle Primer family.

The primer delivers an invisible no white cast protection.

It’s also infused with skin-loving ingredients like antioxidant-rich Sea Fennel Extract, Pongamia Pinnata Seed Extract, and Azelaic Acid to help nourish and soothe as it protects.

The new Spackle Primer also proudly carries the Seal of Recommendation from The Skin Cancer Foundation.

In honor of this campaign and support of cancer prevention, the brand also donated to Cancer Schmancer.
