L’Oreal Korea Names Rodrigo Pizarro as CEO

With over 30 years of experience, Pizarro will lead a new chapter of digital innovation and growth.

L’Oreal Korea has appointed Rodrigo Pizarro as the new CEO of the region. Pizarro will lead a new chapter of strategic growth through digital innovation and people-focused leadership.

Pizarro is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience, having held a variety of leadership roles at L’Oreal.

Pizarro said, 

“It’s an honor to serve as CEO of L’Oreal Korea in the birthplace of K-beauty, a force that continues to shape global beauty trends. Since the founding of L’Oreal Korea in 1993, our partnership with the Korean industry has been vital.”

He joined L’Oreal Portugal in 1993 and has since led the Consumer Products Division in Venezuela and Hungary. Pizarro has also served as country manager in Venezuela, Portugal, Australia and New Zealand.

In 2023, Pizarro served as Chief Transformation Officer for the group’s SAPMENA region. There, he helped advance data-driven decision-making across commercial, marketing, and operations functions.
