Véronique Courtois has been appointed Chairman and CEO of Parfums Christian Dior and of the LVMHGroup’s Beauty division.

She joins the Executive Committee, and in this capacity, she will oversee the activities of all the Maisons in the Beauty Division, while retaining her role at the head of Parfums Christian Dior, ensuring managerial and strategic continuity of this iconic Maison.

Stéphane Rinderknech, after successfully leading the expansion of LVMH Hospitality and the Beauty Division, has decided to leave the Group to pursue new personal projects.

Stéphane Bianchi, Managing Director of the LVMH Group, stated,

“Since joining the Group, Stéphane Rinderknech has greatly contributed to the growth of our hospitality division before bringing his recognized expertise to the beauty business. I am thankful for his contribution and results; and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.”

Courtois joined LVMH in 2000 and has held various responsibilities, including Markets and Marketing roles, before becoming Chief Marketing Officer of Guerlain in 2007.

She then joined Christian Dior Couture in 2010 as Marketing Director before being named as Brand General Director of Parfums Christian Dior in 2012.

She was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Guerlain in 2019, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Parfums Christian Dior since March 2023.

Building on her rich career within LVMH’s beauty Maisons, Courtois has remarkably developed the activity and desirability of Parfums Christian Dior. Her experience and recognized leadership will be valuable assets for the Maisons under her charge.
