Maesa has announced the winners of this year’s Maesa Magic Incubator Program.

Now in its third year, the initiative is dedicated to closing the entrepreneurial access gap by championing early-stage beauty and wellness founders from underrepresented communities, including women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, differently abled entrepreneurs, low-income individuals, and seniors over 65.

Selected from hundreds of applicants, this year’s winners each receive a $35K grant and hands-on training from Maesa executives, culminating in a capstone presentation.

The advisory board for the capstone presentation includes leaders from Maesa, Hero Cosmetics, Kitsch, Fresh, and Bain Capital Private Equity.

Each of the winners will also attend Maesa’s Future of Commerce & Work program at Harvard Faculty Club and represent their brands at Cosmoprof North America Miami 2026.

Piyush Jain, CEO of Maesa, said,

“I feel great pride that, for three years now, we have identified and helped winners who are redefining established categories and opening entirely new ones. We know the impact of this program is real, and that access to the right resources and mentorship can fuel the next chapter of these beautiful brands. Each of the three winners in our 2025/2026 cohort embodies the entrepreneurial spirit that drives Maesa.”

2026 Maesa Magic Incubator Winners

  • Jeanine Mojum, Amoureux Beauty: Redefining sensitive-skin care with high-performance, preventative formulas.
  • Christal Alert, Tonal Cosmetics: Cosmetic scientist-led brand creating inclusive SPF-infused complexion hybrids that blend skincare and makeup.
  • Jeffrey Stewart, Rizo Radiance: A drinkable beauty brand bringing skincare ingredients to ready-to-drink teas, now available at Whole Foods.

From a highly competitive pool of applicants, three inspirational entrepreneurs were selected. Each impressed the Maesa Leadership Team with bold ideas that address critical gaps in the market while resonating with today’s consumers who are seeking both inclusivity and innovative solutions.

While beauty shelves have grown more diverse, the founder landscape hasn’t caught up – with less than 3% of venture capital going to women and BIPOC founders.

Maesa’s third annual Maesa Magic Incubator is designed to close that gap, empowering underrepresented beauty and wellness entrepreneurs with the funding, mentorship, and network to turn bold ideas into viable brands.
