O.Berk Company has announced the acquisition of VPI Packaging and its complete line of capabilities and products for the Personal Care market.
 
According to O.Berk, the acquisition will broaden their capabilities as a source for off-the-shelf and custom packaging solutions. They add that they are “highly focused on continuing and extending VPI Packaging’s tradition of quality and providing the very best service in the industry.”
 
The newly added capabilities reflect O.Berks’ growth strategy across all industries.
