Orlandi, a designer and manufacturer of sampling solutions for the fragrance and cosmetics industry, has opened a new 16,000 square-foot facility in Farmingdale, NY.

The plant contains office space, an olfactive laboratory, a physical properties laboratory and three manufacturing areas dedicated to the production of fragranced and cosmetic labels.

“The facility has been built to meet cGMP/GLP quality guidelines. It will enable Orlandi to meet higher production standards and will provide greater opportunity for expansion of our sampling capabilities,” said Val Marinelli, senior vice president of manufacturing.

Construction of the facility began in the latter part of 2012.
