Based in Los Angeles, Rez is best known for pioneering the “midlight” technique, an approach that creates seamless dimension while maintaining the health and integrity of the hair. 

He will bring his real-world, in-salon approach to a broader audience through education, digital content, and stylist-facing initiatives, helping professionals refine their craft and push color trends forward.

This partnership builds on Rez’s longstanding use of Paul Mitchell Professional color in his own work, aligning his signature balance of artistry and technical precision with the brand’s legacy of performance-driven formulations and stylist-first education.
