TNT Group named Damon Kennish as Chief Business Officer. In this role, he will lead TNT Group’s Development and Sales teams across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. 

Kennish will be responsible for identifying and implementing new growth opportunities, as well as supporting the Group’s CEOs in defining and executing strategic directions.

Kennish brings over thirty years of international experience in logistics, commercial, operational, and executive roles, gained both within multinational corporations and entrepreneurial ventures, including Unilever, L’Oréal, Elizabeth Arden, Imagine POS Ltd, and CGroup (Meiyume), as well as Array Marketing / Willson & Brown. 

He has founded and scaled businesses, secured major contracts with global luxury brands, led and managed operations across Asia, Europe, and North America, introduced new processes, and driven strategic reorganizations.
