Beauty companies are always adapting to meet the challenges of an evolving market—and as a result, the industry is always witnessing significant leadership changes. CEOs have allowed the beauty and personal care industry to grow and expand.

Beauty Packaging has compiled a list of the latest beauty and personal care brands’ new CEO and Presidential appointments:

January

Dior | Charlotte Holman Ros

Christian Dior Couture Americas appointed Charlotte Holman Ros as its new president in the Americas, effective February 1. Holman Ros succeeds Alexandra Winokur and transitions from her current role as president of Parfums Christian Dior for North America.

Personal Day | Amanda Domaleczny

Amanda Domaleczny joins Personal Day skincare brand, founded by actress Lili Reinhart, as its new Chief Executive Officer. Domaleczny brings just under 20 years of beauty industry leadership, having previously scaled Live Tinted, Tula Skincare, and Drybar.

Byoma | Tara Loftis

Following Byoma’s acquisition by The Bansk Group in 2025, Byoma announced the appointment of Tara Loftis as Global President and Chief Brand Officer. Loftis joined Byoma, where she leads the brand’s global innovation, brand, marketing, science, and creative functions. 

February

Future Beauty Brands | Rob Keen

Future Beauty Brands (FBB), a global beauty platform and portfolio company of Yellow Wood Partners, announced that executive Rob Keen has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective January 12, 2026. He succeeds James Stammer, who has served in the role since January 2021. 

Dior | Véronique Courtois

Véronique Courtois has been appointed Chairman and CEO of Parfums Christian Dior and of the LVMH Group’s Beauty division. She joins the Executive Committee, and in this capacity, she will oversee the activities of all the Maisons in the Beauty Division, while retaining her role at the head of Parfums Christian Dior, ensuring managerial and strategic continuity of this iconic Maison. 

Wella Company | Calvin McDonald

The Wella Company appointed Calvin McDonald as the company’s next Chief Executive Officer, effective April 2, 2026. McDonald will also be appointed to the company’s Board of Directors and will be based in New York. Glenn Murphy will remain as Executive Chair to provide continuity as well as strategic advice to the new CEO and the leadership team.

Grande Cosmetics | Sabeen Mian

Lash and brow serum brand Grande Cosmetics appointed Sabeen Mian as Brand President, as founder Alicia Grande steps into the role of the brand’s Chief Visionary Officer. Alicia Grande will continue to drive the brand’s vision alongside Mian and spearhead growth and innovation.
