Beauty Packaging has compiled a list of the latest beauty and personal care company’s new CEO and Presidential appointments:

January

Ulta Beauty | Kecia Steelman

After his 11-year tenure, Ulta Beauty CEO Dave Kimbell has announced his retirement. Ulta Beauty has appointed Kecia Steelman to serve as President and CEO, she also joins the Board of Directors. She previously served as Ulta’s COO since 2023. 

Shiseido Americas | Edward Fox

Shiseido Company’s Americas subsidiary has appointed Edward Fox as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). With over 25 years at L’Oréal’s Luxury Division, Fox will oversee U.S. domestic sales and the sales-related infrastructure of Shiseido Americas’ global portfolio of prestige brands.

Sephora EME | Catherine Spindler 

Catherine Spindler has been named the new President of Sephora Europe and the Middle East, effective January 27, 2025. She succeeds Sylvie Moreau, who has served as President of EME since 2021. Spindler joins Sephora from Lactose, where she most recently served as Deputy CEO. 

Kenvue | Penelope Giraud

Kenvue Inc. has named Penelope Giraud, President of Skin Health & Beauty for Asia Pacific and Latin America, to lead the strategic direction of its portfolio of brands, including Neutrogena, Aveeno, and Dr. Ci Labo, in the regions.  

Nécessaire | Chitra Balireddi 

Nécessaire skincare brand has appointed Chitra Balireddi as Chief Executive Officer. With this transition, Randi Christiansen will continue her Board and Founder role, focusing on brand, product, and impact. Balireddi was most recently the Chief Commercial Officer at Glossier.

L’Oreal Group | Christina Fair

L’Oréal Groupe has appointed Christina (Tina) Fair as President of the Consumer Products Division (CPD) for the North America Zone, effective immediately. Fair succeeds Nathalie Gerschtein, who has decided to open a new chapter of her professional life outside the L’Oréal Groupe.

Onyx Professional | Sandra Abdallah

Onyx Professional, a leader in innovative, consumer-driven beauty solutions, has appointed Sandra Abdallah as Chief Executive Officer. Abdallah is Onyx’s first CEO, following the founder Marsha Martin, who established the company in 1990.

L’Oreal | Ali Goldstein

L’Oréal Groupe has appointed Ali Goldstein as President of Acquisitions for L’Oréal USA. She succeeds Carol Hamilton, who will be retiring from L’Oréal after a 40-year career with the company.

Unilever | Fernando Fernandez

Unilever announced that CEO Hein Schumacher will be stepping down on March 1 and will leave the company on May 31. After two years in service, Schumacher leaves under “mutual agreement.” The current CFO Fernando Fernandez has been appointed the new CEO. 

Winky Lux | Lauren Bloomer 

Winky Lux has named Lauren Bloomer CEO. Bloomer brings more than 23 years of expertise in brand strategy, omnichannel growth, and team leadership within the beauty and consumer goods sectors to her new position. Co-founder Natalie Mackey will serve as Creative Director.

L’Oreal | Damien Favre

L’Oréal Groupe has appointed Damien Favre as President of the L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division (LDB) for the North America Zone. He takes over for Christina Fair and previously led the Consumer Products Division (CPD) in L’Oréal’s Latin America Zone.

Stila | David Reece & Steve Rosen

Stila Cosmetics, a leading artistry beauty brand, announced the appointment of Steve Rosen as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and David Reece as Chief Operating Officer (COO). This change in leadership reinforces the company’s commitment to growth and innovation in the beauty sector.

Creed | Nathalie Berger-Duquene

Kering Beauté has named Nathalie Berger-Duquene the new CEO of Creed, effective May 6, 2025. As CEO she will be responsible for the brand’s new development and growth.

Revlon | Dana Medema

Revlon Group Holdings appointed Dana Medema as President of North America. She will join Revlon on May 5, 2025, and will report directly to CEO Michelle Peluso. Medema previously served as Senior Vice President and Head of Personal Health of North America at Philips.

Godrej Consumer Products | Tori Davis-Artis

Godrej Consumer Products has appointed Tori Davis-Artis as its new Chief Commercial Officer for Hair Care, North America. She will lead the development and acceleration of the Strength of Nature products portfolio, which includes the brands African Pride, Just for Me, and Darling. 

Bath & Body Works | Daniel Heaf

Bath & Body Works appointed Daniel Heaf as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. He will also serve as a member of the Board. Previous CEO, Gina Boswell, has stepped down from her role as CEO and a member of the Bath & Body Works Board, effective immediately.

Lancome | Vania Lacascade

L’Oréal Groupe has appointed Vania Lacascade the new Global Brand President of Lancôme. The longstanding leader, Françoise Lehmann, will step down this summer. Lacascade is the current Group Innovation Director at L’Oreal R&I.

June

P&G | John Brownlee

The CEO of P&G’s Specialty Beauty Division, Colin Walsh, will leave the company on August 1, 2025. John Brownlee, P&G’s Senior VP of North America Hair Care, will succeed Walsh while also remaining in his current position.

Galderma | Heather Wallace

Galderma opened a new U.S. office in Miami, FL, and appointed Heather Wallace as President of Galderma U.S. She will be based in the new headquarters. Wallace previously served as CEO of Curology and as President of the Americas region for Revlon.

Odele | Zach Rieken

Odele haircare has named Zach Rieken Chief Executive Officer, effective June 16th. Having most recently served as CEO of Living Beauty, Rieken will lead the brand’s next phase of growth with over two decades of experience.

IBA | Dr. Akemi Ooka

The Independent Beauty Association (IBA) appointed Dr. Akemi Ooka as the Interim CEO, effective July 1. Ooka succeeds Don Frey, who is retiring after serving as CEO of IBA for three years.

DSM-Firmenich | Jonathan Simon

DSM-Firmenich has appointed Jonathan Simon as the President of its Fine Fragrance business, effective July 1, 2025. He succeeds Jerry Vittoria, who will retire from the company on July 1, 2026, after 35 years. Simon is currently the Vice President of the Procter & Gamble account. 

Henkel | Rajat Agarwal

Henkel named Rajat Agarwal as President of its North America region. He will be based at Henkel’s North America Adhesive Technologies Packaging headquarters in Bridgewater, NJ. Agarwal succeeds Pernille Lind Olsen, who will seek new opportunities in her home country of Denmark. 

Function of Beauty | Monica Belsito

Function of Beauty has appointed Monica Belsito as Chief Executive Officer. She has over 10 years of experience, having most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer at Sabra Dipping Company.

R.e.m. Beauty | Andre Branch

Ariana Grande’s R.e.m. Beauty has named André Branch as its new chief executive officer. With this appointment, Branch will help scale and grow the brand in the prestige beauty space. He also served as ELC and L’Oréal.

P&G | Shailesh Jejurkar

P&G announced that Shailesh Jejurikar will succeed Jon Moeller as Procter & Gamble’s President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2026. Jejurikar currently serves as P&G’s Chief Operating Officer. Moeller will transition to Procter & Gamble’s Executive Chairman.

Neom Wellbeing | Amanda Kahn

Neom Wellbeing appointed Amanda Kahn as General Manager, U.S. and Senior Vice President of the brand. With experience at RéVive Skincare, PÜR Beauty, Laura Geller Beauty, and Eve Lom, she leads the brand through U.S. growth at Ulta Beauty.

Tennille Kopiasz | Chantecaille

Chantecaille, a globally renowned luxury botanical skincare and cosmetics brand, has appointed Tennille Kopiasz as its new Chief Executive Officer. With over 25 years of experience, Kopiasz served at LVMH, L’Oreal, Coty, and other top beauty brands.

Amber Garrison | Elizabeth Arden

Revlon appointed Amber Garrison as the new leader of Elizabeth Arden and the global Fragrance category. She joins with over two decades of experience, most recently serving at Origins at Estee Laudet Companies.

Melisse Shaban | Aramore Skincare

Aramore Skincare, a biotechnology-driven skincare brand pioneering longevity science for the skin, has appointed Melisse Shaban as its new Chief Executive Officer. She joins from Virtue Labs and StriVectin.

Katie Welch | Chanel

Chanel Inc. has named Katie Welch the new Head of U.S. Brand and Company Communications, effective January 5, 2026. She will also join Chanel’s U.S. Management Committee. In this newly created role, she will report to Stephane Blanchard and will lead the integrated divisional brand communications teams.

Alberto Noe | Shiseido

Shiseido has appointed Alberto Noe as the new CEO of the Americas following another consecutive quarter of sales declines in Q3. Currently acting as the Interim CEO of the Americas Region, Noe will assume the full CEO position for the region on January 1, 2026. Noe will also continue in his role as CEO of the EMEA Region.
