Charlotte Watson Joins R+Co as Chief Marketing & Commercial Officer

Watson will help accelerate growth across the brands through industry-leading products, education, and style-centric content.

Luxury Brand Partners is pleased to announce that industry veteran Charlotte Watson joins R+Co as Chief Marketing and Commercial Officer. 

In this new role, Watson will oversee global marketing and branding across the R+Co portfolio, further strengthening the voice for R+Co, R+Co BLEU, R+COLOR, and R+Co Education. 

She will help accelerate growth across the brands through industry-leading products, education, and style-centric content.

Charlotte Watson, Chief Marketing and Commercial Officer, said,

R+Co, Watson most recently served as the first Executive Marketing Leader at Bellami, where she refreshed the extension brand’s identity across all channel touchpoints with buzz-worthy PR and social initiatives. 

Watson also served as CMO of Olaplex, where she built a high-performing team across digital, marketing, product, and consumer engagement. 

Additional past roles include Chief Marketing Officer for Hourglass Cosmetics (Unilever Prestige) as well as leadership positions at global CPG and retail brands, including Pandora Jewelry, Michael Kors, and LVMH.
